The UW Medicine Accountable Care Network Virtual Clinic provides you with healthcare from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere you are. The clinic is available any time of the day or night, whenever you need it.
During a virtual clinic visit, a board-certified family practice doctor or nurse practitioner provides assessment and treatment for an urgent care issue over the phone or through a webcam on your smartphone or computer. Visits typically last about 20 minutes.
The virtual clinic provider can recommend home care options, suggest over-the-counter treatments, write a prescription, if necessary, and help you find a convenient pharmacy. In addition, your virtual clinic provider will share an after-visit summary with your primary care provider to ensure your care is well-coordinated. If you don’t have a primary care provider, the virtual clinic team can help find you one.
The UW Medicine ACN Virtual Clinic is available to UMP Plus – UW Medicine ACN members at no cost. Services are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Members can access the virtual clinic online at uwmedicineacnvirtualclinic.anytime.org or by calling 855.520.9500 and selecting option #2. Please have your UMP Plus – UW Medicine ACN benefits card ready, as this information will be needed to determine eligibility. Once your request has been accepted, you may choose to have your virtual visit conducted by phone or video, using Skype or Facetime. After your visit is complete, you will receive a secure email with your post-visit summary.
